After a lifetime of photography starting in high school in Wisconsin, I have continued my work in Las Vegas. My works with The Associated Press included two nominations for the Pulitzer Prize and honors in the World Press Photo Competitions. I loved photographing everything from Bobby Kennedy, Martin Luther King and the landing of many Apollo space missions including the first men back from the moon. An early highlight was a one-man show at the Worlds Fair in 1974.

I have a newspaper background as a photographer at The Wisconsin State Journal and the Topeka Capitol Journal before joining The Associated Press where I worked for 34 years. I am a graduate of the Layton School of Art in Milwaukee, WI.

Las Vegas and the entertainment scene has always been a love. The area is like a pot of gold and I have enjoyed it to its highest point. There is no other place in the world where there is something new each and every day. The many characters and stars have created this selection of work and have brought excitement in my second career. It takes a lifetime to learn photography and the learning never stops. It is something that can't be mastered.
